1. Thoroughly reading of G A Drawing & other approved documents before inspection.
2. Coordination with the production department for status of completed stages & final inspection schedule.
3. Review of the completed points of Stage wise checklist & witnessing the stage inspection for fabricated items like girder, crab and end carriages etc. for various dimensional measurements and visual inspections.
4. Final paint and visual inspection for ready to dispatch clearance.
5. Carryout joint inspection with Client/TPI (Third Party Inspection Agencies).
6. Data compilation (formats, Photographs & Checklists) of finished product.
7. Focusing & completion on the necessary process related QAP points/requirement & hold points.
8. Implementation and collection of established quality checklist from contractor with assessment of completion of process/points listed in checklist.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
