QC Engineer – PVC Division

• We are expanding our PVC production unit and seeking a skilled QC Engineer to ensure high-quality output of PVC panels and profiles.

This role involves in-process QC, FG inspection, scrap reduction, mixing & compounding accuracy, and data-driven quality improvements.

Location: Kanjikode Industrial Area, Palakkad
Department: PVC Division – Quality Control
Experience: 1–4 years in PVC extrusion / plastics / polymer QC preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor extrusion line parameters and ensure visual & dimensional quality of PVC panels
• Conduct in-process and final goods inspection
• Support mixing & compounding quality checks
• Analyze defects, track scrap, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain QC documentation, test reports & daily logs
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and packing teams

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
