QC ENGINEER- HARWARE/ DEVICE TESTING

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with an Electronics & Communication (EC) background to join our Quality Control (QC) team. The role is ideal for candidates with an understanding of electronic devices and systems who are eager to build a career in software and hardware quality assurance, including regression testing and device Testing.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct regression testing to validate product stability after updates or bug

fixes.

 Identify and document hardware defects or inconsistencies during testing.

 Re-test after bug fixes or hardware revisions.

 Create detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts for hardware testing.

 Design test scenarios covering functional, performance, and safety aspects.

 Maintain and update test cases as hardware/firmware evolves.

 Maintain proper documentation of test results, logs, and issue reports.

Test Summary Reports (TSR)

 Track test progress and maintain a traceability matrix.

 Perform hands-on validation of hardware components (connectivity, sensors,

ports, communication protocols like RS-232, Bluetooth, etc.

 Work with QA, Development, and Design teams to improve product quality.

Required Skills & Qualification

 Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, or related fields.
