(a) Fully Responsible for the Final Stage Inspection Process.
(b) Co Ordinate with the Production Team and ensure the SOP / Process Steps followed up during Assly.
(c) Will be Playing Important Role in the Implementation of all SOP across the Shopfloor and to Keep Monitoring it is Followed thoroughly.
(d) Will be Raising DMAR at all the Stages and get the corrective / Preventive Actions worked out from the Section Engineers.
e) Responsible for Maintaining all the Documents / Records Related to Inspection and as Per the QMS System Requirements.
(f) Responsible for to Guide and Train People who will be Reporting to them and also to get Required and Dedicated output from them.
(g) He must have experience of Handelling Final Inspection Test with the Customer to fulfill all their Technical needs as Per their Technical Requirements…
(f) He must have experience of Error Analysis and Should be the Person who would suggest the Manufacturing Process Improvements
