Service Engineer/ Customer Support

As a Machine Installation Technician, your primary role will be to ensure satisfactory installations of machines at customer sites. You will be responsible for conducting proper trials at the site to validate the successful installation and functionality of the machines. Additionally, you will be expected to explore new applications of the machine and initiate periodic machine health checkups at customer sites. Your role will also involve implementing solutions to resolve any complaints from customers effectively.
