Job Description:

1.Knowledge in Drawing study

2.Exposure to measuring instruments vies : Vernier calliper, Micrometre ,Trimos..,

3.Experience in sheet Metal ? Machining items ? Welding inspection

4.To do work with night shift.

· Developing and Implementing Quality Control Systems:

This includes designing inspection plans, setting quality standards, and establishing procedures for monitoring and evaluating product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

· Conducting Inspections and Tests:

Performing regular checks on materials, components, and finished products to identify defects or deviations from specifications.

· Analysing Defect Data:

Investigating the root causes of quality issues, using statistical methods to identify trends, and developing corrective and preventative actions.

· Ensuring Compliance:

Ensuring that products and processes adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and company quality policies.

· Collaborating with Teams:

Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to address quality issues and implement improvements.

· Documenting Quality Activities:

Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions, and preparing reports on quality performance.

· Continuous Improvement:

Identifying opportunities to enhance product quality, improve manufacturing processes, and reduce costs.

· Training and Support:

· Providing training to other employees on quality control procedures and best practices.

· Supplier Quality Management:

Working with suppliers to ensure that incoming materials and components meet quality requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality control methodologies.

· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and troubleshoot quality problems.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop and implement effective corrective and preventative actions.

· Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

· Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to inspections and documentation.

· Knowledge of Quality Standards: Familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulations.

· Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Qualification:

• 2 to 4 years experience as QC

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
