QA/Test Analyst

As an experienced professional at Expleo, you will play a key role in testing insurance applications to ensure functionality, accuracy, and usability. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding insurance business workflows to develop relevant test scenarios and cases. - Executing manual testing for insurance applications, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and usability. - Participating in requirement analysis and identifying areas for testing and validation. - Reporting and tracking defects using standard defect management tools. - Documenting test cases, test results, and defects clearly and accurately. - Performing different types of testing such as functional, regression, system integration, and UAT support. - Applying basic software testing principles and continuously learning domain-specific knowledge and testing tools to improve test quality and efficiency. - Ensuring test coverage aligns with business requirements and regulatory standards. - Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system integration testing activities. - Upskilling on automation tools such as TOSCA, Selenium, Playwright, etc. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Specialized diploma / degree in Insurance Desired Skills: - Basic understanding of insurance concepts. - Familiarity with software testing fundamentals and SDLC/STLC processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Good communication skills (verbal and written). - Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Willingness to learn new technologies and industry tools. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience: - 1-2 years of Manual testing experience, knowledge of automation tools is a plus.
