QA/QC Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in concrete production, materials testing, and RMC plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the quality of raw materials.
• Ensure all processes comply with IS standards, quality norms, and project specifications.
• Conduct routine sampling, testing, and analysis of concrete at various stages of production.
• Perform and document all related tests, and other laboratory activities.
• Coordinate with the RMC production team to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC reports, calibration records, and test registers.
• Support field teams with technical guidance during concrete pouring and handling.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to concrete performance, mix variations, and customer complaints.
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives within the plant.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering materials and concrete technology
• Familiarity with ISO/IS codes, quality standards, and RMC operational procedures
• Proficiency in lab testing equipment and documentation
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with plant operations, site engineers, and quality auditors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
