QA/QC Engineer (Fabrication)

As an Engineer / Senior Engineer Quality Control, your role involves managing the quality of materials, equipment, and services required by the organization and customers. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with various specifications, codes, international standards, and regulations. Your key responsibilities include: - Implementing quality control measures - Conducting product inspection and testing - Analyzing and reporting data - Troubleshooting and problem-solving - Process improvement - Ensuring compliance with standards - Collaborating with team members - Documentation and reporting To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Qualifications Required: - Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering - 2 to 4 years of experience in process equipment manufacturing and fabrication industries Skills Required: - Technical knowledge including understanding of technical specifications, reading drawings, and knowledge of engineering principles and codes - Problem-solving and analytical skills to analyze issues and provide solutions - Communication skills - CAPA knowledge - Testing and calibration experience - NDT certification with ASNT Level-II in UT, RT, VT, PT & MPT (preferable) - Organizational skills - Good knowledge of different welding processes - Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office This is a full-time, permanent position located in Vadodara, Gujarat.
