Job Description

Analytical cum good technical skills about MiG Welding Process-light/Heavy fabrication, Preparation of WPS/PQR/WPQ as per project requirement. NDT level -2 but not mandatory.
New projects handling and execution at shop floor and work instruction/SOP preparation for the process
Customer handling - > Customer Support like 8D, CAPA filling with Deep knowledge, ppt's making skills.
Root cause analysis skills, Process oriented in sheet Metal cum light/heavy fabrication
New projects handling and execution at shop floor and work instruction/SOP preparation for the same. PPAP knowledge, basic knowledge of SPC & MSA.
Implementation of Poka-yoke, Kaizens, 5S, Welder trainings.
Basic Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001.
Basic knowledge of Material Testing & Incoming/SQA Activities.
PPAP Documents knowledge, & Preparing.
Welding knowledge according to EN-3835 in Process. Welding improvement techniques.
