Job Title: IPQA Trainee

1. Job Purpose

To ensure consistent in-process quality compliance across all manufacturing operations, adhering to cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards. The role involves real-time monitoring of manufacturing processes, documentation review, and ensuring that quality systems are implemented effectively.

2. Key Responsibilities

For IPQA Trainee:

• Assist in monitoring in-process activities in production areas (reaction, distillation, filtration, drying, etc.).

• Verify critical process parameters and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Support sampling and testing coordination during production.

• Check and ensure proper line clearance before and after each batch/shift change.

• Assist in documentation review batch manufacturing records (BMRs), batch packaging records (BPRs), and logbooks.

• Learn and comply with cGMP, GLP, and company quality standards.

• Support deviation and incident documentation under supervision.

• Participate in internal audits, calibration checks, and validation activities.

3. Qualifications & Experience

Trainee B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry)

0-1 year (Fresher preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
