QA Testing Lead banking experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Quality Analyst Lead to oversee the testing and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have 45 years of experience in QA, with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery quality, and driving continuous improvement in testing practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the IT team of best practices for QA. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies. Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements. Design, implement, and maintain test cases and test scripts. Perform functional, regression, performance, and integration testing. Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools (ZOHO Projects). Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to ensure quality standards. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor QA metrics and report testing progress and outcomes to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes and tools.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4–5 years of experience in software quality assurance. Proven experience in leading QA teams or projects. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG). Proficiency in SQL and database testing. Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI). PROTECTED (Internal) Preferred Skills: ISTQB or equivalent QA certification. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with a passion for quality. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
