Role:

Responsibilities:
- Execute Test Plans: Carefully follow test plans and execute test cases for new features and bug fixes across our web and mobile platforms.
- Write Test Cases: Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases based on product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-On Testing: Perform thorough manual testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure our software meets quality standards.
- Identify and Report Defects: Find, document, and accurately track defects in our bug tracking system (e.g., Jira), providing developers with the details they need to resolve issues quickly.
- Contribute to Quality: Provide feedback on product usability and suggest improvements to our testing processes.
- Collaborate Actively: Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, working as an integral part of a cross-functional team.

Requirements:
- Proven Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a software quality assurance or manual testing role.
- Testing Fundamentals: A solid understanding of QA principles and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and test case management software (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
- Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with testing across different browsers and mobile devices.
- Analytical Mindset: Great problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Clear Communicator: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to describe bugs and test results clearly.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude, with experience working in agile teams.
