Job Description – QA (Technical Associate)

Location: Hershey India, Mandideep
Duty Hours: 8 Hours (Rotational Shifts)
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B. Pharmacy
Experience: 6 Months (Freshers can also apply)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA (Technical Associate) to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will support routine QA operations, ensure compliance with quality standards, and maintain documentation as required in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine quality checks and inspections during production.
• Maintain and update quality documentation and reports.
• Assist in sampling, testing, and verification of raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs, GMP, and safety standards.
• Report deviations, non-conformities, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Support QA activities during audits and inspections.
• Coordinate with production and QC teams for smooth QA operations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of QA processes in manufacturing.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain documentation.
• Good communication and observational skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Knowledge of GMP and safety guidelines (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
