Role Description

Join our innovative team at Store Transform as an E-commerce QA Tester, where you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the quality and reliability of our e-commerce platforms, including Magento, WordPress, and Shopify. With over 3 years of experience, you’ll bring your expertise in both manual and automated testing to identify, document, and resolve software defects, optimizing system performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in manual and automated testing methodologies for Magento, WordPress, and Shopify.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Identify and analyze software defects, performing root cause analysis.
• Conduct security testing and optimize system performance.
• Adhere to and improve QA processes and methodologies.
• Communicate testing progress, issues, and results effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• Assess and validate user experience, gathering and analyzing feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Tester in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
