Leveraging your expertise in both manual and automated testing, you will identify, document, and resolve software defects to optimize system performance and security. **Responsibilities:** - Proficient in manual and automated testing methodologies for Magento, WordPress, and Shopify. - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases. - Identify and analyze software defects, performing root cause analysis. - Conduct security testing and optimize system performance. - Adhere to and improve QA processes and methodologies. - Communicate testing progress, issues, and results effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration. - Assess and validate user experience, gathering and analyzing feedback. - Stay updated on industry trends and participate in continuous learning. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. - Proven experience as a QA Tester in an e-commerce environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
