QA Software Tester

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software/QA Tester to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of web and mobile applications through systematic manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications, user stories, and requirements.
• Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts (manual and automated).
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
• Conduct functional, regression, usability, and performance testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing for responsive web applications.
• Verify bug fixes and perform retesting.
• Prepare and share test reports and quality metrics with the team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in manual and/or automated testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with testing tools like Postman, Selenium, or JMeter (added advantage).
• Knowledge of API testing and basic SQL queries.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in testing web applications, CMS, or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
