Job Description

Seeking a seasoned QA QC with 15 years of experience in managing multiple commercial and residential projects from contractor or construction companies to oversee in Ahmedabad.

Role & responsibilities

QA (Quality Assurance)

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
Define quality standards and monitor the product life cycle.
Create and manage testing processes and quality metrics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct audits to assess adherence to quality standards.
Train staff on best practices for maintaining quality.
Perform risk management and root cause analysis for any issues.

QC (Quality Control):

Inspecting products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
Performing tests on raw materials, components, and final products.
Documenting test results and reporting non-conformities.
Carrying out visual inspections and measurements.
Identifying defects and working with teams to implement corrective actions.
Managing and maintaining testing equipment.
