Description

We are looking for a QA Practice Head with 15-20 years of experience to lead our QA team and ensure the quality of our products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing QA teams, developing and implementing QA strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement QA strategies and best practices to ensure the quality of our products
Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance and mentoring as needed
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting to drive continuous improvement
Provide leadership and direction to the QA team, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and development
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new processes and technologies as needed

Skills and Qualifications

15-20 years of experience in QA, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Expertise in automation testing and test management tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO and CMMI
Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and teams
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
