The Quality Control Inspector for Modular Furniture is responsible for ensuring all furniture components and finished products meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications. This includes inspecting raw materials, monitoring in-process manufacturing, and conducting final product checks before delivery or dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming raw materials, hardware, and components for compliance with specifications.
Monitor in-process production stages (cutting, edge banding, drilling, assembling, etc.) to ensure quality standards are upheld.
Perform final inspections of modular furniture for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, fittings, and overall workmanship.
Document and report defects or deviations from standards.
Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality issues in real time.
Maintain detailed inspection records and quality control reports.
Ensure proper labeling and packaging of finished furniture to prevent damage during transit.
Participate in continuous improvement activities related to product quality.
Assist in training staff on quality standards and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
