QA manager responsible for driving the end-to-end QA (Unit, Component, SIT, UAT etc.) for blockchain network ecosystem. Role includes strategizing, test planning, design, execution and QA report ensuring the quality of the product.

[Primary Skills]:

• 8-12 years of experience in QA domain, leading and managing the software testing activities, with min 2+ years of experience in handling testing in blockchain domain.
• Expected to have a good understanding of blockchain fundamentals.
• Proven expertise in verification and validation of complex software systems, preferably in blockchain or distributed ledger technologies.
• Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, including smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic security.
• Experience with performance, security, and scalability testing for enterprise-grade platforms.
• Thorough knowledge of end-to-end QA processes, testing technologies, quality standards and QA metrics.
• Expertise in preparing test strategy, test planning and driving the team towards quality outcomes.
• Hands on experience with different tools - Testing tools, Version Control systems (eg. Git), Test Management Software (eg, TestRail), Bug Tracking software and CI tools (Jenkins etc.)
• Strong focus on maximising automation wherever applicable
• Strong project management skills including risk management and operations.
• Good in stakeholder communication and management
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

[Responsibilities and Duties]:

• Responsible for end-to-end test management of Blockchain ecosystem
• Drive QA team with test planning, design, executions, KPIs and product quality reports.
• Design test strategies and test plans based upon the functional and non-functional QA requirements as per testing needs.

• Supervise, manage and mentor team to ensure on-time delivery with high quality.
• Understand the requirement and baseline QA scope by discussing with customer and dev team and manage manual and automated testing including smoke, regression and new feature testing.
• Responsible for test coverage and to maximizing the automation.
• Work with leadership team on the technical vision and roadmap for software quality assurance.
• Provide operational support to the teams by connecting with relevant functional groups
