QA Lead/Senior SDET (Automation & Quality)

About the Role

Senior SDET / QA Lead

Roles and Responsibilities (What Youll Do) :-

end-to-end quality

Lead and mentor a small team of manual and automation testers

automation frameworks, tools, and best practices

Build and maintain automation for:

• Web applications
• Mobile apps (Android & iOS)
• APIs and backend services

API automation with Web and Mobile automation

cross-browser and cross-platform automation

Work closely with developers to catch issues early (shift-left testing)

Actively contribute to release planning, regression strategy, and risk analysis

Take full ownership of test strategy, test coverage, and quality metrics

Required Technical Skills :-

Automation & Testing

• Strong experience in

  manual + automation testing

• Hands-on experience with automation tools:

• Selenium

• Playwright

• Cypress

• Appium

• Experience with automation frameworks:

• Page Object Model (POM)

• BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin)

• Hybrid frameworks

• Experience integrating

• API + Web automation

• API + Mobile automation

• Knowledge of

  cross-browser automation strategies

Test Reports & Visibility Generate readable test reports: Allure / HTML reports

API & Backend

• Strong API testing experience using:

• Postman

• REST Assured

• SoapUI

• Good understanding of REST & SOAP APIs

• Experience with

  database testing

  and SQL queries

CI/CD Experience:

Experience integrating automated API, Web, and Mobile test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins), including environment-based execution, test reporting, parallel runs, and release

Web2, Web3 & Advanced Automation

Web2 and Web3 applications

Blockchain concepts

AI-based systems
