Job Description

As a QA Lead in the banking domain, you will be responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance process for banking applications. Your role will involve test planning, execution, automation, and team management to ensure high-quality software solutions are delivered. Key Responsibilities: - Lead QA efforts across multiple banking projects - Define and implement test strategies, plans, and cases - Manage a team of QA engineers - Coordinate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders for smooth QA operations - Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in the banking domain - Drive automation initiatives and performance testing to enhance the QA process Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of banking applications and workflows (retail, corporate, digital banking) - Expertise in manual and automation testing tools like Selenium and JMeter - Experience with testing tools such as Jira, ALM, and TestRail - Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies Your communication and leadership skills will be critical for effectively leading your team and collaborating with stakeholders.
