QA Lead (Python Automation & CI/CD)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated QA Lead with a minimum of 8 years in quality assurance, specializing in Python-based automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the SDLC, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Python.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and delivery.
Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
Collaborate closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Expert proficiency in Python as a primary language for test automation.
Extensive experience designing and implementing automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, Playwright, BDD, Cucumber).
Strong understanding and practical experience with CI/CD tools and concepts (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Solid experience with API testing, performance testing, and security testing.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
