Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Client Delivery (SPOC)

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of

  4 core projects

  (2 ERP systems and 2 Web Portals).
• Act as the primary

  Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

  for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Prepare precise project estimations (time, cost, and resources) for new features or modules.
• Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming.

2. Business Analysis (BA)

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business flows.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, User Stories, and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Bridge the gap between the clients vision and the technical team’s understanding.

3. Quality Assurance (SQA)

• Take full responsibility for the quality of the delivery.

  You are the gatekeeper.

• Perform functional testing and validation of features before they are released to the client (UAT).
• Create test cases based on business requirements to ensure edge cases are covered.
• Ensure that the developed ERPs/Portals meet the business logic defined in the analysis phase.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Versatility:

  Proven experience managing the full SDLC, from gathering requirements to final testing and deployment.

• Project Portfolio:

  Experience managing

  ERPs, CRMs, or complex Web Portals

  .

• Testing Mindset:

  Willingness to be hands-on with Manual Testing/QA. You must be comfortable logging bugs and verifying fixes.

• Communication:

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. You must be able to explain technical issues to non-technical clients and business logic to developers.

Technical & Tool Proficiency:

• Proficiency in Project Management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
• Strong documentation skills (Excel, Visio, SRS/FRS creation).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail (critical for the QA aspect of the role).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
