QA Lead

As a QA Lead at iLeaf Solutions Pvt. Ltd., located in Kochi, Kerala, you will be part of a technology-driven software company that specializes in developing robust, high-quality web and mobile applications. We are seeking a QA Lead who is technically proficient, hands-on, and capable of leading QA efforts across various platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and executing QA for web applications, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and backend APIs. Your tasks will include performing detailed manual testing such as UI, functional, regression, and device/browser compatibility testing. Additionally, you will be expected to create, manage, and maintain automated test cases for web and mobile platforms, as well as conduct API testing using tools like Postman. Key Responsibilities: - Own and execute QA for web applications, mobile apps, and backend APIs. - Perform detailed manual testing and create automated test cases. - Conduct API testing using Postman or similar tools. - Perform basic security tests and maintain QA documentation. - Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases. - Support and mentor junior QA team members as needed. To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills: - Hands-on experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications. - Practical experience in automation testing using tools like Selenium or Appium. - Confidence in API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger. - Understanding of basic security testing concepts and mitigation tests. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Minimum of 3+ years of relevant QA experience.
