QA Investigation

Role Overview: As a member of the ANKLESHWAR QA team, you will be responsible for handling various aspects related to quality assurance. Your main focus will be on investigating deviations, complaints, incidents, and other quality-related issues. Additionally, you will play a key role in audits, compliance, and root cause analysis to ensure continuous improvement in quality processes. Key Responsibilities: - Handle deviations, out-of-specification cases, market complaints, lab incidents, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Conduct audits and ensure compliance with quality standards. - Conduct shop floor investigations to identify root causes of quality issues. - Form cross-functional teams (CFT) for investigations and lead the process. - Review and approve investigation plans, providing necessary information and data. - Ensure investigations are completed within the specified timeline. - Prepare and review investigation reports, identifying causes of failure. - Participate in Quality Review Meetings, analyze trends, and propose improvement areas. - Identify improvement opportunities based on trend analysis reports and provide feedback to management. - Propose investigation plans and assess the impact of failures on distributed or manufacturing batches. - Determine root causes and contributory factors for quality issues. - Perform impact and risk assessments, notifying relevant stakeholders for further investigations. Qualification Required: - M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or a Ph.D. with a focus on organic chemistry. - 3-5 years of experience in a PD Lab, R&D, or QA role.
