Job Requirements:

As a Software Testing Lead (STL), you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing practices. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and leadership skills to drive the QA process.

• Background in QA, including test planning, process, and QA methodology
• Experience in software test planning, documentation, and process improvement
• Experience in large-scale distributed system testing
• Experience in Kubernetes and CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience in TCP/IP and Networking with a basic understanding of routing/switching
• Experience in Performance and scalability testing
• Must have programming experience in Python/Perl
• Experience in automation framework development, preferably pytest or Robot.
• Must be excellent in OOPs concepts and programming
• Experience with agile development, continuous integration, and automated testing
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment
• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,700,000.00 per year
