Job Description

Role
Job Description: FSMS implementation and operations with good Knowledge of FSSAI requirements and other food safety management system schemes.
  • Responsible for the arrival quality checking of the F&V produce
  • Update quality and handling manual for all SKUs based on science as per requirements.
  • Identify source of quality issues and find solutions.
  • Communicate with company farms, farming partners and vendors on quality gaps and plan on achieving desired quality.
  • Manage product quality during entire process flow, verify that all process control parameters are being followed and always documented.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
  • Internal audits to verify compliance to regulations,
  • Maintain all documents related to Quality.
  • Monitoring of all record keeping and retrieval of all records - tests, inspections, QC logs as per requirements.
  • FSMS implementation and staff training in SOPs and food safety.
  • Maintain regulatory requirements and other certification requirements as per operational requirements.
  • Seasonal review and publish updated sepecifications as required and provide feedback on quality to procurement for improvements.

Customer Complaint Handling

Will assist cs team in review and respond to customer complaints and feed back to respective departmentsWill oversee doing RCA & corrective action for the quality complaints for respected geos, record keeping.
OthersWill need to travel on supplier audit both locally and interstate as required for vendor approval and inspections.Will need to work in shifts as per operations requirement.
Will need good computer and English lanuage skills.
