QA Executive

Location: Koratty, Thrissur

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Executive with over 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in all processes and products, adhering to regulatory requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement in quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards.
• Document and maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and deviations.
• Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for identified issues.
• Coordinate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal and external audits..

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology (B.Tech).
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
• Knowledge of food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, etc., is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
