Job Description

Background of the role: -

Job Description:

Conduct regular taste, aroma, and texture tests to maintain quality standards. Measure product
dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
Possess thorough knowledge of lab Testing (Fat, Acidity, Moisture, Salt etc.) of the products i.e. dry fruits, seeds & amp, dried fruits with online monitoring of the products.
Handful knowledge of RM, Packaging material with respect to Dry Fruit & Confectionary industry.
Resolve quality-related issues and rejections in a timely manner.
ISO 22000 & BRC, Halal in hand experience.
Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control. Detect under-roasted, over-roasted, or burnt batches and take corrective actions.
Train staff on food safety, roasting techniques, and troubleshooting issues. Guide roasting machine
Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

Key Skills: RM & PM Analysis, Online QC, Microbiology, Internal Auditor

Qualifications: B.Tech Food Technology, B.Tech Biotechnology, M.Sc Food Science.

Remarks :-

Handful experience of Minimum 4+ years in Food Industry/ Confectionary Industry.
Candidate from dry fruit industry will be preferred.
Must have experience of working in factory.
