Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Reporting plant quality data and Consumer comments analysis
To provide required evidence to all concerned regarding implementation of quality systems
To provide technical support to achieve the objectives of the Quality System
To provide direction to colleagues for laboratory investigations to identify specs, errors or deviations
To prepare schemes for monitoring & evaluating performance of quality, collect feedback and suggest remedial action
To co-ordinate with customer for analysis of customer complaints and follow up short and long term corrective actions
To conduct training on different modules covering food safety, HACCP, GMP and Hygiene practices, QMS (ISO)
To conduct Internal Lab and Plant audits
To conduct vendor assessments & audits to qualify new suppliers and improve the suppliers capability
Undertake COA certifications To ensure that incoming materials and finished products are analyzed as per given procedures
To carry out the specified analysis covering physio-chemical and sensory evaluation for raw materials and finished products
Responsible for managing the laboratory by managing day to day analysis, Lab coop and capability building
