Position - QA Engineer (Playwright)

Experience - 5-7yr

Location - Gurgaon, Udaipur

Working Mode - On site (5 Days)

Job Description

We are hiring a QA Engineer with 5–7 years of experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and hands-on Playwright automation. Must have experience with API testing, SQL databases, scalable automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and Agile practices. Should be able to lead test strategies, maintain automation stability, and mentor juniors. AWS/cloud knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:

5–7 years of QA experience.
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript programming skills.
1–2 years of hands-on Playwright experience.
Ability to write clean, production-quality automation code.
Experience building scalable automation frameworks.
API testing using Playwright, Axios, etc.
Backend validation with SQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL.
CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain test stability and drive improvements.
Lead test strategy and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Own test plans, strategies, and release documentation.
Mentor junior QA team members.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies and Agile lifecycle.
Nice to have: AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, microservices, performance & security testing exposure.
