Quality Engineer/QA Analyst
Testing on (Automation, Manual, Performance, Regression, Functional)

Mandatory Skills

1–2 years of Software Quality Assurance (manual & automation testing)
Proven expertise in Test Automation using Selenium and Java
Experience testing APIs & Web Services (XML, REST, SOAP)
Strong written and verbal communication skills

General Requirements

Manual and automated testing using web-based frameworks
Proficiency in automation, load, and performance testing tools
Ability to develop and implement robust test strategies/plans
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of scripting languages and test data management tools
Familiarity with GenAI concepts and LLMs (ChatGPT, Bedrock, OpenAI)
Experience with defect tracking tools
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile Scrum, and tools like JIRA, SharePoint, CI/CD pipelines
Experience with SQA automation and load testing tools (Selenium, LoadRunner, QTP, JMeter)
Understanding of Customer Experience & Contact Center technologies (IVR, phone, chat)
Excellent analytical and test build skills
