QA Engineer (Manual)

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Mindbowser Info solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. With 3-4 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance, you will develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate functionality, performance, and reliability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify potential issues early in the development process and contribute to improving overall product quality. Your role will involve conducting thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to effectively identify and document defects. You will perform root cause analysis on defects, work closely with the development team for timely resolution, and prevent their recurrence. Continuously enhancing testing processes and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to quality assurance and testing is essential. You will apply relevant advancements to our QA processes and collaborate with the QA team to create and maintain a comprehensive test environment reflecting the production environment accurately. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer for a minimum of 3 years, solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, proficiency in manual testing techniques, experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration abilities will be crucial in working with cross-functional teams effectively. The role requires you to work independently, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, handle and mentor teams, conduct one-to-one meetings, and provide constructive feedback. Your proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends to continuously improve testing skills will be highly valued. The nature of work involves a 5-day working week (Monday-Friday) from the office located in Baner, Pune.
