The ideal candidate will have some Ruby on Rails experience as well, although this is not necessary. Technical Requirements: Proficient with React.js and thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS/bootstrap, JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux) Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Experience with user interface design Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements A knack for benchmarking and optimization Excellent troubleshooting skills Other requirements You've worked closely with lean engineering teams, implemented agile processes (such as Scrum), and sought to continuously improve team efficiency You have successfully developed and deployed tech products You have demonstrated success leading teams, either internally or through third parties to deliver and launch products on time and on a scrappy budget Ability to think big and small to build incremental features and prototypes in service of a larger vision.
