QA - Engineer

As a skilled QA Engineer for the Connected Worker pilot project at HARMAN, you will focus on enhancing frontline worker productivity, collaboration, and decision-making through a Microsoft Teams-based application. This application will integrate with platforms like SafetyChain, Qualtrics, ServiceNow, Saviynt, and ADP using Power Platform technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Review business requirements, technical specifications, and user stories to create detailed test plans - Design, implement, and execute test cases for Power Apps Canvas applications, Power Automate workflows, and Teams-integrated features - Validate custom connectors, third-party integrations, and AI-driven Copilot functionalities - Perform functional, regression, UI, UAT, and system integration testing across different environments - Log defects in Azure DevOps and collaborate with developers to address issues - Ensure compliance with security and performance benchmarks - Work closely with PM, developers, and UX teams for quality delivery Qualifications Required: - Experience in software QA with a focus on enterprise platforms or the Microsoft ecosystem - Knowledge of Power Platform apps, API testing tools, Microsoft Teams, and Viva Connections-based integrations - Familiarity with connector-based integrations and testing strategies for AI-enabled chatbots - Strong analytical and communication skills HARMAN is a pioneering technology company with a rich history of innovation dating back to the 1920s.
