QA - Engineer

You will be joining our team as a skilled QA Engineer for the Connected Worker pilot project, which aims to enhance frontline worker productivity, collaboration, and decision-making through the development of a Microsoft Teams-based application. This application will integrate with platforms like SafetyChain, Qualtrics, ServiceNow, Saviynt, and ADP using Power Platform technologies. Your responsibilities will include reviewing business requirements, technical specifications, and user stories to create detailed test plans. You will design, implement, and execute test cases for Power Apps Canvas applications, Power Automate workflows, and Teams-integrated features. Additionally, you will validate custom connectors and third-party integrations, as well as AI-driven Copilot functionalities. As part of your role, you will perform functional, regression, UI, UAT, and system integration testing across different environments. You will log defects in Azure DevOps and collaborate with developers to address issues. Ensuring compliance with security and performance benchmarks will be crucial, along with working closely with PM, developers, and UX teams for quality delivery. To excel in this position, you should have experience in software QA with a focus on enterprise platforms or the Microsoft ecosystem. Knowledge of Power Platform apps, API testing tools, Microsoft Teams, and Viva Connections-based integrations is essential. Familiarity with connector-based integrations and testing strategies for AI-enabled chatbots are advantageous. Strong analytical and communication skills are key to success in this role.
