About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer to join our product team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software that delights our users. You will specialize in Functional and End-to-End testing, and play a vital role in validating core product workflows and enhancing product stability. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and UX teams, leveraging your expertise in manual testing as well as Java-based Selenium automation to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive functional and end-to-end test cases based on user stories and product requirements.
  
• Automate regression and functional test scenarios using Java and Selenium WebDriver to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  
• Perform manual testing for complex workflows and exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects.
  
• Validate multi-module product integrations and user journeys to ensure end-to-end functionality.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, development, and UX to clarify requirements and ensure high product quality.
  
• Log, track, and verify bugs in defect tracking tools, driving timely resolution.
  
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and support integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in a product development environment.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with functional and end-to-end testing of web and/or mobile applications.
  
• Proficient in test automation using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
  
• Experience writing clear, reusable, and maintainable automated test scripts.
  
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
  
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA and TestRail.
  
• Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman or similar).
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
