Quality Engineer

Quality Assurance & Control:

• Maintain quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with

  ISO 9001, BRC, GMP, or other relevant industry standards

  .
• Monitor and enforce quality control processes throughout the manufacturing cycle, from raw materials to finished goods.
• Conduct regular

  inspections, audits, and quality checks

  on production lines to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Establish

  quality KPIs

  (e.g., defect rates, customer complaints, process capability) and ensure continuous improvement in product quality.
• Lead

  root cause analysis (RCA)

  and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for quality issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Supplier & Customer Quality Management:

• Collaborate with

  suppliers to ensure incoming raw materials

  (e.g., plastic resins, additives, colorants) meet quality standards.
• Address customer complaints, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Work with

  sales, customer service, and R&D

  to ensure quality expectations align with market and consumer demands.

Continuous Improvement & Training:

• Implement

  lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles

  to improve quality processes and reduce waste.
• Lead training programs for plant personnel on

  quality standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance

  .
• Foster a culture of

  quality awareness

  and encourage team participation in quality initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelors degree in

  Quality Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Plastics), OR Diploma in Plastic (CIPET)
