Job Description

Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules for domestic and export consignments.
Coordinate with production, stores, sales, and logistics teams for timely readiness of goods.
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation before shipment
Prepare and verify export-related documents (invoice, packing list, shipping bill, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.).
Liaise with CHA (Customs House Agents), freight forwarders, and transporters for smooth clearance and shipment.
Handle customs documentation such as Bill of Entry, Export General Manifest (EGM), and other regulatory forms.
Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, and other statutory export regulations.
Maintain accurate records of stock movement and dispatch registers.
Coordinate with accounts for invoice and E-way bill generation.
File and maintain export documentation for audits and statutory compliance
Ensure dispatch activities comply with statutory regulations (GST, customs, excise if applicable).
Adhere to safety norms while loading, unloading, and handling goods.
Act as the point of contact between the factory, logistics partners, and customers for dispatch-related matters.
Resolve discrepancies related to transport, damages, or delays.
Support management with timely MIS reports on dispatch and logistics.
