Position description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to perform all the required SPV module testing as per IEC & BIS standard. The ideal candidate will have experience in PV Lab operation with bit of understanding of PV technology & its Reliability/ Durability testing.

Primary Responsibilities:

Execute Lab testing request from Quality & R&D department as per standard (IEC & BIS) requirement.
Measuring & Monitoring SPV module lab testing effectively.
Proficient in generating/ releasing test report & data required for the test performed.
Prepare & establish SOP for Lab testing process & its equipment’s.
Maintain Lab equipment’s & 5S in the Quality & Reliability (R&D) lab.

Educational qualifications preferred

Category: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Field specialisation: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,

Required Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or related field.
3–5 years of experience in SPV module testing, preferably from solar manufacturing.
Strong analytical & product compliance skill.

Preferred:

Good/ Fair understanding of PV module standards (IEC & BIS).
Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.
Good academic background.
