Job Title: QA Course Faculty / Trainer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Quality Assurance (QA) Faculty / Trainer to join our training division. The ideal candidate should have strong practical and theoretical knowledge in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, SDLC, STLC, and related QA tools, along with the ability to effectively train students and professionals in both classroom and online modes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality QA training sessions (Manual & Automation Testing) to students and professionals.
Design, develop, and update course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct practical sessions and guide learners through real-time projects and case studies.
Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest QA tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Provide mentorship and support to learners throughout the training program.
Coordinate with academic and placement teams to ensure student success and employability.
Conduct mock interviews and assist in certification preparations (if applicable).
Required Skills & Expertise:
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience in:
Manual Testing
Automation Testing Tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit)
Bug Tracking Tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
API Testing (Postman, REST Assured)
Database Testing (SQL basics)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD concepts, and version control (Git).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
ISTQB or any QA-related certification (preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of industry or teaching experience in QA / Software Testing.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience as a corporate trainer or QA instructor.
Strong interpersonal skills and learner-focused mindset.
Willingness to learn new tools and continuously upgrade course content.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹800.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 per week
