QA Coordinator

As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will leverage your academic knowledge to understand various aspects of service delivery and apply quality indicators to enhance outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and updating Excel sheets, including data entry for quality improvement programs. - Performing detailed analysis in Microsoft Excel, creating pivot tables, utilizing advanced formulas, and designing data visualizations to identify trends and monitor service outcomes. - Assisting in developing and implementing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance service delivery. - Ensuring effective and consistent implementation of SOPs across all departments to uphold high standards of practice and efficiency. - Acting as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment during the implementation of new indicators, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives. - Preparing regular reports to highlight key insights and trends for data-driven decision-making. - Participating in the implementation of quality accreditation standards and the process of obtaining relevant certifications such as NABH. - Engaging directly with beneficiaries to collect their experiences and feedback. Qualifications required for this role include: - Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) or a related field. - 1 to 3 years of experience. - Proficiency in English and Malayalam languages. Please note that the job is full-time and permanent with a day shift schedule. The ability to commute or relocate to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, is preferred.
