QA Coordinator

As a Quality Assurance Coordinator in Thiruvananthapuram, your role involves leveraging academic knowledge to enhance service delivery and quality indicators. Your responsibilities include: - Managing and updating Excel sheets for the quality improvement program, ensuring accurate data entry. - Conducting detailed analysis in Microsoft Excel, creating pivot tables, utilizing advanced formulas, and designing data visualizations to monitor service outcomes. - Assisting in developing and implementing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance service delivery. - Ensuring consistent implementation of SOPs across departments to uphold high standards and efficiency. - Acting as a liaison between departments to align teams during the introduction of new indicators, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives. - Compiling regular reports highlighting key insights and trends for informed decision-making. - Supporting the implementation of quality accreditation standards and working towards relevant certifications such as NABH. - Engaging directly with beneficiaries to gather feedback and insights. --- This job requires a Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) or a related field, along with 1 to 3 years of experience. Fluency in English and Malayalam is essential for effective communication in this role.
