Job Title: Psychologist Qualification: Post Graduation in Psychology Experience: 2 to 5 years Language: English, Malayalam Location: Thiruvananthapuram Roles & Responsibilities Patient care Work with Inter Disciplinary Team to provide holistic care to patients and families in the IP, OP, Homecare and Telehealth services Identify and provide interventions for psychological support Provide additional inputs on improving mental health outcomes for patients and their families Support to team members When appropriate, provide support to team members in need of psychological support while maintaining professional boundaries. Identify and recommend practices and activities that will enhance the wellbeing of the team. Capacity building Participate in ongoing training for allied healthcare workers Create, as necessary, skill building modules on behalf of the organization. Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation Regular meetings (physical and/or online) with the team Field visits Bi-monthly Clinical Supervision Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Thiruvananthapuram - 695009, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Master's (Required)
