Psychologist

Mentex – School of Counseling & Psychotherapy is looking to onboard qualified psychology and counselling professionals with expertise in specialised therapeutic approaches to support our academic, training, and client-facing initiatives.

Specialised Areas (Examples, not limited to):

• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
• Child & Adolescent Counselling
• Trauma-Informed Therapy
• Family & Couple Therapy
• Neurodevelopmental Disorders (Autism, ADHD)
• Play Therapy / Expressive Therapies
• School Mental Health

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and skill-based modules for psychology graduates and trainees
• Mentor and guide budding professionals in clinical thinking, case conceptualisation, and ethical practice
• Demonstrate practical application of specialised therapeutic approaches
• Support supervised practice, role-plays, and case discussions
• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional boundaries

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology /higher
• Formal training or supervised experience in at least one specialised area
• Good communication skills and professional boundaries
• Commitment to ethical and client-centred practice

Experience:

• 3+ years of clinical / counselling experience preferred
