Role Description

MindAlgo is seeking a full-time Psychologist for an on-site role located in Kozhikode. The Psychologist will provide one-on-one counseling, conduct psychological assessments, and create tailored treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include facilitating therapeutic interventions, maintaining up-to-date records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications

• Skills in counseling, psychological assessments, and designing personalized treatment plans
• Experience with therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT, or similar practices
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and adhering to ethical standards
• Ability to collaborate with a team and build positive client relationships
• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or related field
• Certification or license to practice as a clinical psychologist is a plus
