Job Description

Quality Control:

Conduct regular supplier audits (process, product, and system audits) based standards
Perform in-process and final product inspections of mechanical locks Kitchen & furniture accessories (E.g Handle, latches, cylinders, smart lock Etc.)
Use precision measuring tools (E.g vernier callipers, micrometres, gauges) to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Validation of material testing (e.g., Life cycle testing, salt spray testing for corrosion, Material testing etc).
Record and track non-conformities, perform root cause analysis (RCA)
Audit & Reporting:
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and improvement suggestions.
Maintain inspection records, audit logs and compliance documentation.

Quality Assurance:

Corrective actions and follow up on closure of non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across production, assembly, and packaging.

Technical Skills: Skills & Competencies:

knowledge of mechanical drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and material specifications.

Soft Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Work Environment:

Travel to supplier or customer sites for audits or assessments
Documentation, communication, and reporting skills.
Familiarity with metal stamping, die casting, Powder coating & electroplating and assembly processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
