About The Opportunity

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to support continuous testing and rapid feedback loops.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and DevOps to define test requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Execute and monitor automated test suites, analyze results, and log defects in JIRA with clear reproduction steps.
• Optimize and refactor existing automation code for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices, code reviews, and effective use of testing tools.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python, strong proficiency with TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest, and solid understanding of version control with Git.
• Must-Have: Proven track record of integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo.
• Must-Have: In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, agile processes, and bug life cycle management in JIRA.
• Preferred: Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured and performance testing using JMeter or Gatling.
• Preferred: Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow and scripting languages (JavaScript, Groovy).
• Preferred: Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, AWS Device Farm) and containerization (Docker).
